The year 1999 marked the beginning of a new era for the estate, since the management and exploitation of the estate was taken over by the Cavino company, with a long-term lease from the Monastery of Mega Spileo. Thus, the Mega Spileo Estate was created, with the basic principle of respecting the existing natural environment and creating unique quality wines that will reach every part of the world.
